1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Caswari online store.

By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Agreement

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is considered binding once you have received this confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of obvious errors in price or product information.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include 25% VAT.
The total cost of your purchase will be displayed before you complete your order, including all taxes, fees, and shipping costs.

When you place an order, the amount will be reserved on your account. The payment will be charged when the item is shipped.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)

  • Vipps

  • Klarna / invoice (where available)

Payments are securely processed through our payment partners.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from when the order confirmation is sent, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your purchase. Currently, we deliver only to addresses in Norway, excluding Svalbard and Jan Mayen. We primarily use Posten/Bring as our shipping partner.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Return

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us within the deadline via email. The product must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received, including original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints and Defects

If the product has defects or faults, you are entitled to make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. The complaint period is 2 years from the date you received the item. Please contact us at caswari@caswari.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Return costs are covered by us in the event of an approved complaint.

7. Privacy and Security

We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and GDPR. The purpose of collecting personal information is to deliver goods, process payments, and provide customer service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on the website for more information.

8. Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected within the deadline and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for costs related to shipping and handling.

9. Changes to Terms

Caswari reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on this page.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

In the event of any dispute, Norwegian law applies. Disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If unsuccessful, the case may be brought before the Consumer Authority or ordinary courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
